President NAGATA Visits Türkiye

President NAGATA Kyosuke and Executive Officer OHNEDA Osamu (Director-General, Bureau of Global Initiatives) visited Türkiye on May 29, 2023. Their first stop was at the Turkish-Japanese Science and Technology University, where they held a meeting with Rector Bekir Sami Yilba? and other officials to discuss potential collaborations for the future.
At Bo?azi?i University, they had productive discussions with Vice-Rector Faz?l Onder S?nmez and Professor Selcuk Esenbel. The discussions centered around opportunities for collaboration in Japanese language education and various fields. Additionally, they signed a Letter of Intent to initiate a staff exchange program focused on disaster management. This signifies a commitment to fostering active exchanges in a wide range of areas in the future.
